Weather Arrangements:
- The Concert will be cancelled,
- If the 8 Gale or Storm Signal is hoisted at or after 6:00 am on the concert day; or
- If the Black Rainstorm Warning is still in effect between 6:00 am and
11:59 am, or after 2:00 pm on the concert day.
- If the 8 Gale or Storm Signal, or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the Concert, The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong will make an announcement on stage.
- Please check this website after 6:00 am on the concert day for the latest updates, and also refer to the Hong Kong Observatory website for the most recent weather information.

Arrangements in case of cancellation due to weather:
If the Concert on 18 September 2025 is cancelled due to weather conditions, the organiser will consider rescheduling the event subject to the confirmation with Hong Kong City Hall. Please stay tuned to the event website for announcements regarding further arrangements.
